Our Environmental pledge
At Bloxstyle the environment is our first passion; we owe our livelihood and our success to the managed forests that provide us with the materials to create our superior cutting boards. Our primary goals are to continue supporting sustainable forestry and perfecting our responsible manufacturing techniques, allowing us to provide our customers the finest products available while ensuring the preservation of our natural resources for generations to come.

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. We are closed on the weekends. The warehouse office is open for customer pick up, the workshop is not open to walk-in customers.
Have a design idea you’d like to see on one of our cutting boards? We love custom work and welcome the opportunity to help you to create the perfect gift. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and feel free to include pictures or artwork that will allow us to share your vision.

We send design mockups via email for all custom designs. Mockups consist of finished artwork, correctly scaled to the cutting board size, this will help you visualize the final product. Once the mockup is sent your order will not be processed further until we have an approval on the design, quickly responding to mockup approval emails is vital for keeping our production times on schedule. Please note: We do not send mockups for our standard designs unless significant changes have been requested.

We are happy to ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail service to locations in the US normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you.
UPS transit time varies based on your location and the shipping service; typically your order will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please report items that are damaged or missing within 5 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, do not discard the box or packing material, as damaged packages are subject to inspection. Disposing of the shipping box or packing material will void shipping insurance. To report a damaged or missing shipment please send an email to: email@example.com with the following: Order number, Tracking number, and pictures of the damaged product and/or packaging.
Currently, we do not offer any international shipping options.
Each of our products are handmade to order. Production times are generally between 1 and 3 days and appear next to each product under availability. Production times may increase dramatically around holidays. The total shipping time for your order is our production time PLUS the time spent in transit. Orders are processed and shipped out 5 days a week Monday through Friday.
Remember to include our production time in delivery calculations.
USPS Priority Mail transit time varies based on your location and will generally take 2 to 3 days. However, delivery time is not guaranteed and may take up to one full week to reach you.
UPS transit time varies based on your location and the shipping service; typically your order will arrive within 1 to 6 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, additions and changes to orders can only be accepted the same day the order is placed. If your order has already been sent to the workshop for personalization or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders for personalized merchandise that have been processed and are waiting for shipment may not be cancelled for any reason.

Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. If you're having problems with the cart, you are welcome to call us at 1.877.586.9446, select the option for sales.
All orders placed by residents of the State of Maryland or orders shipping to Maryland are subject to 6% Maryland State sales tax. All other States are automatically tax-exempt.
At Bloxstyle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or defects.
If there is an issue with your order you may return it in new and unused condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Please Note: Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect.
Bloxstyle's guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, damage caused by accidents, errors in provided personalization information, special order or custom order items.

Out of Stock Items
We do not create backorders for out of stock items. While we strive to keep all of our items in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of items. We will mark these items out of stock on the website as soon as possible. However, if you place an order and an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email regarding the out of stock item. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal.
Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.
Please note that our production and transit times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.
