The Bloxstyle Guarantee

At Bloxstyle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or defects.

If there is an issue with your order you may return it in new and unused condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Please Note: Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect. 

Bloxstyle's guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, damage caused by accidents, errors in provided personalization information, special order or custom order items.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please report items that are damaged or missing within 5 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, do not discard the box or packing material, as damaged packages are subject to inspection. Disposing of the shipping box or packing material will void shipping insurance. To report a damaged or missing shipment please send an email to: customerservice@bloxstyle.com with the following: Order number, Tracking number, and pictures of the damaged product and/or packaging.  

Personalized Items

Please Note: Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect. 

Manufacturing errors are defined as physical damage to the product caused during the course of manufacture and not caused by shipping damage or misuse. Product defects are defined as errors in color, size, misspellings or other processing errors caused by Bloxstyle   

We take the utmost care when personalizing your items. However, on rare occasions we make mistakes. If we have made a mistake on your order please notify us immediately by phone or email and we will correct it by arranging for a prompt replacement at no charge to you.

Exchanging or Returning Items

You can exchange or return purchases by mail or at our workshop location in Severn Maryland. Please Note: Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect. 

If within 15 days of receipt, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund of the merchandise value. Exchanges and refunds may take up to 5 business days to process from the time we receive the return. Shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns by mail

When exchanging or returning a product by mail, we recommend shipping with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Bloxstyle is not responsible for packages lost in transit. 

To exchange or return an item by mail:

1. Log into bloxstyle.com by selecting My Account from the top of the website.
2. Go to Completed Orders, and click Return Item(s) next to the item you wish to return.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  •   Quantity to return
  •   Return reason
  •   Return action
  •   Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

After submitting the request, you will see additional return instructions including the mailing address for your return.

Ship your package with a service that provides tracking and insurance to the following address; your return will be processed according to your instructions:
